Here is the stall area in all its untransformed glory:

Old, flaking pinkish paint. Wasp nests. Trench filled with cow manure and dirt that the barn cats used as a giant litter box.

After putting in hours of scraping paint, shoveling and sweeping, hosing & scrubbing down, using several gallons of fresh primer and white paint, shoveling gravel into the trench and having Clay do some amazing barn door work and covering the milking stanchions:


We have stall mats down now too and Clay will soon be using his expert construction skills to build a stall divider with gate in the middle.
What a huge transformation! It must be satisfying to see your work paying off!
