What were your fourth of July activities?
I have always loved the 4th. Whether it was spent on the Ontario side of the Sault Ste Marie canal watching the Michiganites display their patriotism, reclining on the Capitol lawn in Jeff City, joining the masses in Lewiston, Idaho, or shooting off bottle rockets in our backyard, the fireworks and festivities were always fun.
Fireworks and sparklers are even more fun with kids to share them with.
We had another fun filled fourth this year - spread over two days - full of fireworks, pony rides, music making, hiking, and, of course, good food. And the best part? My little girl started walking.
