It is no secret that I am a sucker for the current "put a bird on it" decorating trend. I am also a big fan of the slightly lesser known trend (at least in Missouri) of putting a crab on things. And that is what I did to dress up the little wooden bathroom stool I have.

This picture was my inspiration:





I put a base coat of country white paint on the whole stool. And then I stenciled and painted a few letters on, penciled a sketch of a blue crab, and started in with the paint.
